DESCRIPTION: Jack was not allowed to go with my brother with my brother. He was told to leave our house so they were aware of my puppy in the house. Someone went in the house on 9/18 and Jack wasn't there. Not neutered, has his dewclaws. Had previous skin allergies that were not active at the time of rescue.
