DESCRIPTION: This small dog was last seen at home with a white flea collar. She's four years old, spayed female, with natural ears;tricolor (white, brown and black). White and brown face w/black on ears. White paws w/black spots on tummy. Dog's name is Lucky. Was likely removed from the home around Sept 11 as the family returned the following day. This family pet of NO police officer. The pictures were taken in October of 2004. Lucky's hair is a little longer now. Thanks.
