DESCRIPTION: I'm posting this on behalf of the owners, who do not have internet access. This is one of 5 Basset Hound Dogs left together at Archbishop Hannon Blvd. and St. Bernard Hwy (Owners were told to evacuate there for a bus and when he and his wife got there with the dogs, they were told they couldn't bring them and to leave them there) ***Could be mistaken for a Beagle, Hound Mix or Beagle Mix***
