None of Petfinder, LLC or any affiliate, officer, member, principal, agent or employee thereof has or accepts any responsibility for any injury or illness sustained by any person volunteering at a participating shelter or as the result of contact with any foster or adopted pet acquired therefrom, or for the age, health, condition or termperment of any such pet.
