DESCRIPTION: OWNER STILL SEARCHING 4/19/06 -- Brat looks like a Russian Blue, but with longer, fuzzy hair. He has green eyes with red splotches in the white part ofhis eyes. Although he could be aggressive if he doesn't trust you, overall he is very friendly. Brat was last seen in a apartment on the 2nd floor of 7225 Chef Menteur Hwy in NE New Orleans. From messages on the side of the building, he escaped or was rescued sometime between 9/22 and 9/29/05.
