DESCRIPTION: Mr. Flops, as he's called at the shelter, is an adult dog, loves to be petted, gets along well with other dogs. Shelter feels he was on owned dog. He was found 10/25/05 reportedly somewhere on Tonti St. in New Orleans (no specific address listed). (See also PF55496 for other picture taken soon after rescue). As of 12/06, he is in the Cattaraugus County SPCA (http://search.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=6098977) & they would love to find his owner.
