DESCRIPTION: This cat was chipped and reg. to Taylor Morales at 2320 Torres Dr. St. Bernard LA.Was taking to Wisconsin and given to a worker named Lori Jensen she inturn gave him to her sister in New York and won't give him back to my 8 year old little girl. So could you please give me some kind of information as to how to get my little girl's friend back? any kind of info would be alot of help.
