DESCRIPTION: Mostly black with generous white markings and tan points, lighter belly. Erect ears with a spotted patch, white ruff around neck. happy tail with white tip. Has long white legs and a peculiar stiff legged gait. very intelligent golden eyes.Rarely barks. Estimated age: 1-3 years. Has heartworms but otherwise healthy. likes to wander, friendly with people and other animals (including cats)but will snap if scared--does not like to be picked up, grabbed or have tail touched. Sheds like a maniac.
Adopted from the Noah's Wish shelter in Slidell (Noah's wish is a national organization but not currently active). He was found within the week of Katrina, adopted November 1st. Could have been rescued from New Orleans or Slidell.
